Where is your dough made?
We make the dough right here in Australia, in our Western Sydney plant. We use the latest industrial technologies from Europe and Japan to create high quality bread dough at scale.

How do we make the dough?
We make our dough from scratch in the same way you would, just on a larger scale!
We add ingredients to the mixer, mix until the dough is developed and then process it into various products before snap freezing, packing and storing – ready for bakers to thaw, create, proof and bake fresh.
What certifications do you have?
Suprima is certified to SQF standards (SQF No: 61346), meeting GFSI benchmarks for food safety and quality. We also adhere to SMETA standards for social accountability, safety, and sustainability, ensuring customers receive safe, high-quality, and ethically produced products.

At Suprima, we have created a range of fantastic frozen dough products that can be transformed into almost anything. You simply thaw the frozen dough, customise it to your size, shape, and flavour. Once the dough is ready, you simply proof and bake. It is that easy.

We have a number of distribution partners who can deliver small quantities to you.
Units per carton and cartons per pallet vary, depending on the product being ordered and shipped.

Delivery usually only a few days.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or repeat orders?
Yes, we provide competitive pricing for wholesale bread orders. Larger orders may be eligible for discounts.

How do I prepare frozen dough for baking?
You prepare our frozen dough to bake in 4 simple steps
1) Thaw: You simply thaw the dough as you need it.
2) Create: Customise it to your size, shape, and flavour.
3) Proof: Allow the yeast to be activated and to produce unique flavour.
4) Bake: Bake fresh and it’s ready to serve.

What are the best storage practices for your products?
Always keep our products frozen at below -18°C. Remove them from the freezer as you need them.
Can I thaw and refreeze your dough?
No. Once the products thaw the yeast will start to activate.

Yes, Suprima offers a range of creative variation method sheets to help you customise products and explore new recipe ideas using our versatile dough bases. Our team is also available to provide expert guidance and inspiration.
